Doha Al-Bouhandi, Director of Digital Community and Digital Skills at the ministry, explained that the program targets three vital categories: basic AI training for the workforce, strategic development for executive leadership, and specialized technical training for developers. This builds on the academy’s achievements of providing 25,000 training seats and 100 specialized programs in collaboration with Google since 2024.

Both companies presented technical demonstrations showing how to leverage code-free AI agents to automate internal network management operations, predict faults, and resolve service outages instantly, thereby raising operational efficiency and enhancing the experience of millions of subscribers.

In the education sector, Qatar University showcased its adoption of Gemini technologies to automate governance and operate the Spark AI Research Center. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs presented how AI tools contribute to shortening religious content production cycles and simplifying legal inquiries, and the Civil Service Bureau revealed its use of data visualization to predict future government workforce needs.
