Presight AI Holding announced its financial results for the first time of 2026, recording AED 713.2 million in second-quarter revenue with a 36.1% year-on-year growth. This record performance reflects the resilience of government contracts and the company's strategic expansion in international markets.

Second-quarter results and strong financial performance

Presight AI Holding, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and a leader in AI-powered big data analytics, announced on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, its strong financial results for the second quarter and the first half ending June 30, 2026, achieving notable jumps in revenue and net profit despite regional and international challenges.

In the second quarter of 2026, the company generated AED 713.2 million in revenue, registering a striking year-on-year growth of 36.1%, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose by 37.4% to reach AED 143.7 million. Net profit after tax climbed 30.2% to stand at AED 116.8 million. For the entire first half, revenue reached AED 1.4 billion, up 28.9%, and net profit rose to AED 250.7 million, representing a 19.5% increase.

National contract renewals and vital platforms

This accelerated growth was driven by the company’s success in converting its cumulative order backlog into actual revenue, along with signing new agreements and renewals for local contracts totaling AED 2.5 billion. These agreements included the deployment of vital sovereign platforms across public safety, non-kinetic defense, smart mobility, customs systems, financial oversight and auditing, and solutions supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.

Presight achieved an exceptional renewal rate of 100% across all major national programs and projects, highlighting the vital importance of its digital solutions and the strength of its long-term strategic relationships with various government entities and major corporate organizations in the UAE.

International market expansion strategy

The company continued to build mounting momentum in its international operations, with overseas revenue rising 19.1% in the second quarter and 39.9% in the first half of 2026, bringing international revenue to 26.7% of total group revenue compared to roughly 24.6% during the same period last year.

This performance was propelled by the execution of multi-year projects in Kazakhstan, Albania, Jordan, and African nations, alongside expansion in Montenegro. In addition, the group’s subsidiary AIQ expanded its pilot project network into three new international markets, reinforcing the global footprint of UAE-developed smart solutions.

Smart Talent Lab and business accelerator

Presight strengthened its innovation ecosystem during the second quarter by selecting 12 high-growth companies to participate in the second cohort of the Presight AI Accelerator program. The company also showcased its specialized Smart Talent Lab during the Smart Agents Government Retreat organized by the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs.

The retreat saw participation from 94 representatives across 24 government entities who utilized Presight’s sovereign AI platform to design, train, and deploy 118 smart agents covering 21 government workflow tracks, demonstrating the company’s leadership in automating government procedures and building future operational ecosystems.

Balance sheet strength and future financial guidance

Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, explained that these results confirm the robustness and sustainability of the company’s growth model, pointing out that multi-year contracts accounted for 93.5% of second-quarter revenue, with confirmed order backlog reaching AED 4.9 billion at the end of June 2026.

The company maintains a completely debt-free balance sheet, AED 2 billion in cash and cash equivalents, and positive operating cash flows.
