Alibaba’s Accio AI tool: simplifying global commerce tasks

Alibaba Group has announced the launch of the “Alibaba Accio” global trade engine, developed specifically to support merchants in online sourcing operations. Unveiled on Tuesday, this tool aims to simplify the 28-step global trade process, helping to improve efficiency and reduce the time required to complete numerous tasks.

Alibaba Accio for global trade comes with a range of innovative features, including facilitating the supplier discovery process, simplifying customs clearance procedures, and providing tools for price negotiation. These features aim to reduce the complexity of traditional international trade operations. Through this launch, Alibaba seeks to enhance the role of automation in trade operations and streamline tasks that previously took a long time.

September 19, 2024: Alibaba announced the release of more than 100 open-source artificial intelligence models to support mathematics, programming, and multilingual capabilities.
