What is Talent Signal from Rebelling?

TalentSignal  aims to reduce human bias in  job performance evaluations  by relying on  data-driven metrics . The tool analyzes basic tasks such as interacting with customers for technical support staff or  writing code  for engineers, in order to evaluate how effectively employees perform their tasks.

The goal is to identify the right time to promote an employee for  a promotion  or provide structural support to meet challenges. This approach helps accelerate talent growth and ensures that all employees are evaluated  fairly  using accurate metrics.

Rebelling is  currently  offering  TalentSignal  for free as part of a process to test and evaluate the best ways to monetize the product later. While it is initially designed for  the first 90 days of evaluations , there are ambitions to extend its use to include  performance management  in the long term, which could revolutionize the way employee evaluations are handled.
